Review by hotel critic
Review of L'Arboisie Hotel: A Fusion of Value and ComfortDuring my recent stay at L'Arboisie, I quickly recognized that while the hotel boasts an ideal location and modern decor, the value offered requires careful consideration, particularly for discerning travelers. Our suite provided a spacious and comfortable living area, complete with a kitchen nook and large bathroom, a significant advantage when indulging in an extended stay in the beautiful Megeve. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly its impressive staff, who are committed to enhancing your experience. Meryll, in particular, orchestrated our entire visit with perfect ease, arranging ski passes and restaurant reservations, which certainly adds to the luxury component. While the restaurant offered delightful cuisine, I found the portion sizes to be modest compared to surrounding establishments. the regular shuttle service to the ski lifts and village greatly minimizes the inconvenience of the hotel's slight distance from the main attractions, making it a practical choice. That said, spending slightly more per night could yield an experience that feels a touch more aligned with the luxury at stake.
